1<\/strong> \u2013 Tout art-th\u00e9rapeute certifi\u00e9 par PROFAC justifie d\u2019une formation dont le niveau est reconnu au Niveau 6 par les autorit\u00e9s administratives et agit dans le respect de la personne et des lois.<br \/><strong>Article 2<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute se conforme au principe du secret professionnel dans les limites impos\u00e9es par les textes l\u00e9gislatifs.<br \/><strong>Article 3<\/strong> \u2013 Lorsque l\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute intervient sur indication ou prescription m\u00e9dicale que ce soit en institution ou dans le cadre d\u2019une activit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e il conserve la facult\u00e9 de d\u00e9terminer les dispositifs art-th\u00e9rapeutiques utilis\u00e9s.<br \/><strong>Article 4<\/strong> \u2013 Y compris s\u2019il intervient sur indication ou prescription m\u00e9dicale, l\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute n\u2019accepte d\u2019engager un travail art-th\u00e9rapeutique qu\u2019\u00e0 la suite de plusieurs entretiens pr\u00e9liminaires et jamais contre l\u2019avis de la personne concern\u00e9e.<br \/><strong>Article 5<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute s\u2019oblige \u00e0 perfectionner ses connaissances dans le cadre de la formation professionnelle continue et \u00e0 faire superviser sa pratique professionnelle.<br \/><strong>Article 6<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute s\u2019engage \u00e0 d\u00e9noncer tout propos charlatanesque consistant \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter l\u2019art-th\u00e9rapie comme une m\u00e9decine douce ou alternative.<br \/><strong>Article 7<\/strong>\u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute n\u2019entreprend rien qui puisse faire perdre des chances d\u2019am\u00e9lioration ou de gu\u00e9rison aux personnes malades.<br \/><strong>Article 8<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute s\u2019engage \u00e0 ne jamais pr\u00e9senter son certificat de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 donner l\u2019illusion qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une profession m\u00e9dicale ou param\u00e9dicale.<br \/><strong>Article 9<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute est conscient que sa m\u00e9thode a elle-seule, ne pr\u00e9sente pas les garanties d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la m\u00e9decine conventionnelle et ne peut donc en aucun cas la remplacer dans la mesure o\u00f9 elle n\u2019est pas inscrite dans le Code de la sant\u00e9 publique.<br \/><strong>Article 10<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute ne fait rien qui puisse laisser entendre que son titre fait partie du Registre partag\u00e9 des professionnels de sant\u00e9.<br \/><strong>Article 11<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute s\u2019interdit et d\u00e9nonce toute pratique et tout discours et mystico-religieux s\u2019introduisant dans le champ de l\u2019art-th\u00e9rapie.<br \/><strong>Article 12<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute s\u2019interdit de prendre part \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019un diagnostic ou d\u2019un traitement de maladies, r\u00e9elles ou suppos\u00e9es, par acte personnel, consultations verbales ou \u00e9crites.<br \/><strong>Article 13<\/strong> \u2013 De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale l\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute s\u2019interdit toute situation d\u2019exercice ill\u00e9gal de la m\u00e9decine conscient que des sanctions d\u2019emprisonnement et d\u2019amende tr\u00e8s lourdes sont encourues dans ce cas.<br \/><strong>Article 14<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute ne fait rien qui puisse laisser entendre que son titre \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 celui de psychoth\u00e9rapeute traitant.<br \/><strong>Article 15<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute s\u2019engage \u00e0 ne jamais inviter le demandeur \u00e0 interrompre un traitement ou une prise en charge institutionnelle.<br \/><strong>Article 16<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute s\u2019interdit tout discours d\u00e9nigrant la m\u00e9decine.<br \/><strong>Article 17<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute applique des tarifs raisonnables.<br \/><strong>Article 18<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute se fait un devoir de d\u00e9noncer toute forme de d\u00e9consid\u00e9ration de sa discipline.<br \/><strong>Article 19<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute entretient avec ses pairs des relations confraternelles.<br \/><strong>Article 20<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute s\u2019engage \u00e0 diffuser une information pr\u00e9cise permettant de diff\u00e9rencier clairement sa discipline des m\u00e9diations artistiques, des activit\u00e9s r\u00e9\u00e9ducatives, d\u2019animation, ou des pratiques occupationnelles.<br \/><strong>Article 21<\/strong> \u2013 Lorsqu\u2019il exerce sous forme lib\u00e9rale l\u2019art-th\u00e9rapeute se conforme aux textes l\u00e9gislatifs concernant son statut et la gestion de son
